Delivery

Shipping methods

When ordering (without personalization) by 1:00 PM from Monday to Friday, shipping is carried out on the same day.

In 98% of cases, you will receive the shipment the next business day

In the case of personalized orders, the shipping time extends to 3 business days.

Poland

We deliver packages using a courier or InPost parcel lockers (thanks to the InPost mobile app, also available for cash on delivery).

UE

We ship using the courier DHL, UPS, or Polish Post.

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain countries.

Unsupported countries

At the moment we do not ship to the following countries in the EU:

  • Albania,
  • Belarus,
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Russia,
  • Serbia.

Products subject to individual packaging and personalization are non-returnable, as they are made to the customer's special order.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product within 15 days from the date of delivery, you can receive a full store credit to try a new product or get a full refund. Contact us via email at hello@loye.pl, and we will refund you the full amount if this is your first purchase.

Returns
